Code of practice statement

Cheriton Motor House subscribes to the motor industry code of practice for Service and Repair, supported by Trading Standards. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, and aim to resolve any issue professionally and promptly, so always speak to one of our team if you need assistance. However, in the highly unlikely event that a dispute arises from service or repair work that we have carried out, and are unable to resolve this issue directly, Motor Codes provides a CTSI certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service.
